Shipping policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Time & Dispatch
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (excluding UK public holidays).

• Standard and Next Day Delivery orders placed before 12:00pm are dispatched the same working day.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

• Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends.

Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing unless you select Next Day Delivery.

If you are unavailable during delivery hours (typically 9:00am – 5:00pm), we recommend having your order shipped to a work address or a neighbour. If delivery cannot be completed, couriers may leave a card with collection instructions.

Note: If you request your order to be left in a safe place or outside your property, Label and Roll cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur.

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer the following delivery options:

• Free Standard Delivery – on orders over £30

• Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – £2.99

• Next Day Delivery (Mon–Fri) – £4.99
  (Orders must be placed before 12:00pm for same-day dispatch)

Additional surcharges may apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Northern Ireland.

Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about delayed deliveries.
