At Label and Roll, we are committed to delivering high-quality products alongside our excellent customer service. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, please review the policy below to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Ordered by Mistake / Changed Your Mind

If you're not completely satisfied with a product and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To start the return process:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone on 0161 526 0976, WhatsApp, or Email to notify us of your return request.

  2. Ensure the item is in its original, sellable condition, including all components and accessories.

  3. Repack the item carefully - preferably in the original packaging - to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund for the product cost. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify our customer service team via phone, WhatsApp, or Email as soon as possible.

  2. We’ll arrange a return label for you and guide you through the return process.

  3. Securely package the item using the label provided to prevent further damage during return.

If you're returning selected items from your order while keeping others, please let us know. In some cases, damaged items may not need to be returned.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if damage or defects are confirmed, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges, or

  • Provide a replacement, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by Label and Roll.
